Well, we're officially moved into our new diggs!
It's been a while since I posted here, so let me get everyone caught up...
We've increased from two to six teachers since moving into the new location. One drum instructor, one bass instructor and four guitar instructors.
We've started new programs that will lead to improved retention rate among students ages 13-18.
We've set and started our Fall Workshop schedule.
We've had our first jam session.
We've finsihed our summer/fall ad campaign and are planning our holiday campaign.
There's more details for each, but for now, that's all I have time to post. I'll be back soon with my thoughts on promoting your business outside of the normal methods.
